By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these regulations and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We may change or amend these terms and conditions as and when necessary, for which we reserve the right to do so; such changes are effective as soon as they are visible on the site. We therefore recommend that you check the terms and conditions posted on the website regularly.
When placing an order you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
When you place your order over the website we will send a confirmation email which will detail the products ordered, payment method, and cost (including VAT.) You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct.
When you place an order with us it will be accepted when we have successfully received payment from you. If we do not receive full payment then the order will not be confirmed or dispatched until the balance has been completed.
We reserve the right to decline any order. If your order has been declined, we will contact you to advise the reason why.
All prices are displayed on our website in Great British Pounds (GBP/£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
All of our products displayed are subject to availability;we reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at any time at our discretion before. We always strive to ensure that prices displayed are consistently up-to-date and correct, but very occasionally errors may occur. If this should happen we will correct the price, inform you immediately and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price; we are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrectly displayed price.
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards; unfortunately you are unable to pay in any other way via our online store. All payments are sent and received through the website which is encrypted via SSL and taken via a secure SagePay payment gateway.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any order.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer, if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or order cancellation.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed, once your order is complete it will be delivered to your relevant Club House, for you to collect, alternatively by pre-arrangement only you can collect from our office address.
As all products are personalised, we are unable to offer the option to return garments, unless they are faulty. Any items perceived as faulty will need to be validated first by Chiltern Leisure Ltd.
If you have received a faulty item?
If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact by email email@example.com. We will then advise on how to proceed. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment’s washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
If you have received an incorrect item on your order?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise on how to proceed. Please include as many details as possible about the error.
If you have an Item missing from your delivery?
Regrettably mistakes can happen. Sometimes we don’t send everything you’ve ordered at the same time, so please first of all check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact us at email@example.com , we will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.
